By using Cretiq AI, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of the platforms you use.

Your content and AI output

You remain responsible for the prompts, assets, and information you submit, and for reviewing any generated output before publishing it. Do not use Cretiq AI to infringe rights, mislead audiences, violate platform rules, or create unlawful content. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not a guarantee of performance, ranking, views, revenue, or growth.

YouTube connection

YouTube access is optional and read-only. You authorize Cretiq AI to retrieve the data described in our Privacy Policy solely to provide the features you request. You may revoke that authorization from your Google Account at any time.

Plans and availability

Some tools or usage limits may require credits or a paid plan. Prices, plan features, and credit limits can change with notice before a renewal or new purchase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product.

Disclaimer and liability

Cretiq AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or specific creator outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Anonzou is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
